Russian Olympic Committee reinstated by IOC

ZURICH/MOSCOW (Reuters) - Russia was reinstated by the International Olympic Committee on Wednesday after the remaining tests of the country's athletes at the Pyeongchang Winter Olympics were all returned negative.
